Our cancellation policy is in place for two reasons.
Firstly, it costs us money to lease the space from other businesses. We are required to both pre-pay, and provide notice for cancellation. If you do not attend, or cancel with short notice, we forfeit our hire fee.
Secondly, providing adequate cancellation time ensures we are able to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Please provide at least 4 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment so that we can offer the appointment to someone else. However, we understand that things can happen last minute that prevent you providing 4 hours notice. In this instance, we still appreciate you letting us know you won’t be attending as soon as convenient.
If you fail to attend your appointment, provide late notice, or do not inform us on two consecutive appointments you may be charged half the cost of the current appointment.
After more than two consecutive failures to attend, failure to contact us, or late cancellations, we may charge you the full cost of the current appointment.
If you have a recurring time-slot booked in and you fail to attend, or fail to notify us regularly, we hold the right to forfeit your timeslot to another client.
Please note: external funding and rebate such as NDIS, Medicare and Private Health will not cover any cancellation fees. Any cancellation fees incurred will need to be paid out of pocket.
You may cancel your appointment via text or email notification, or by calling directly.
You will be asked to agree to abide by our cancellation policy by signing our cancellation policy form at your first appointment.
